The table d’hôte

Our table d’hôte (evening menus) is made up of fresh local produce, but above all we are committed to present “100% homemade meals“, including bread!… with a maximum of flavours: coriander, basil, mint, four spices, combava… for a tasty and creative rendering. The chef mixes with talent the sweet and the salty, the traditional and the inventive, combining authenticity and originality.
The table d’hôte, served at 7:30 p.m., is 35 euros per person and must be booked 48 hours in advance (*). The meal includes an aperitif and appetizers, a starter, a dish, a dessert, a hot drink (coffee or herbal tea), a bottle of water and rum arranged for those who wish. A wine list will be presented separately to accompany the dishes.
Our guests are served on tables of up to two guests – except of course in case of several arrivals – in a semi-terrace room where the air circulates continuously, naturally.
We also ask everyone, at the time of booking, their dietary restrictions (beef, pork…) to present a menu that will please as many people as possible.
At breakfast, served between 7.30am and 9am included, you can taste our homemade specialties: yoghurts, jams, fresh fruit juices, bread, pastries, cakes… while enjoying stunning views of the ocean and Piton de la Fournaise. Breakfast is predominantly sweet, in accordance with the Tradition of French Breakfast.
As a reminder, breakfast is included in the price of the night.
